Standard shipping is with Royal Mail first class, with delivery between 1-3 working days. Next day delivery is available for urgent orders, please call us to arrange.

International Shipping is also available throughout the world. We regularly send parcels to the USA, UAE and the rest of the world. Shipping is usually between 7-14 days but can vary depending on location. Standard worldwide shipping is £10, or free on orders over £300.

We have a 14 day return and exchange policy, whether the item is bought online or in store, to give you peace of mind in case you change your mind on any of the clothes you purchase from Fifibelle.

Please return items with all tags attached and in their original packaging with a valid receipt or gift receipt. Items returned with signs of wear are unfortunately not able to be refunded or exchanged. 

We cannot accept returns without a valid receipt, as we are unable to confirm the item has been purchased in our store. We hope you understand (we have had instances in the past of people trying to exchange items they did not buy from us)

Please double check items for signs of fault on their arrival, as once the 14 days has passed they cannot be returned. We will always return the item to the designer in the first instance, for assessment and replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on washed items as we cannot confirm they have been washed according to instructions. We always advise a 30 degree wash.
